On sign up you are asked to fill in your Credit Card or Debit Card information. Once this is done the app can take payment from you card. You are also able to load money onto your e-wallet within the app. If you choose to load money onto your wallet, you will be able to choose whether the payment comes form the Card or Wallet and the charge is done automatically within the app. You can also pay with cash if the Provider accepts cash payments. Loading money onto your wallet also allows you to transfer money to any User or Provider, eg. if your friend needs a Taxi but is low on funds or you want to give a Provider a tip.
Login to the User App, your default location will be your current location. If you need to service at a different location from your current location, enter the desired location. Select the service you need. From the list of Providers, tap on MORE INFO to see the services offered, photo gallery and reviews of the Provider. Once you have decided on the Provider, select a service and tap BOOK NOW. Add special instructions for the Provider if you have any and ADD ITEM. Now click on Checkout or on the cart. If you have a coupon code you can apply it. Select your payment mode, Cash or Card. Ensure that your booking location is correct and select NOW or BOOK LATER.
Yes, it is important to let your professional know in advance, in case they have any allergies and to avoid the professional getting hurt. To contact them just go to your current job and tap on the menu. You can message or call your professional directly from there.
That is your choice. We recommend leaving very clear instructions if you would not be there when the Service Provider arrives.
Example, for a Power Washing job. You will need to include any instructions about entering your property, where the pipes to be used for the job are located, securing the property when the provider leaves and any other information that the Provider will need to complete the job.. You can type this information in the Add Special Instructions for Provider text box before adding the item to cart. You can also chat or call the Provider directly in the app once a job has been confirmed.
For Now jobs, you have a five minute window to cancel without charge and for Book Later or future bookings, you can cancel for free right up until two hours before the job. Any later, and you will need to pay a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is generally $25, but this may vary depending on type of service. You will not be charged if the Provider cancels the booking.
Yes there is a waiting fee. When the Provider arrives and slides the bar on the Provider App to indicated this, you will get a notification in the User App that the Provider has arrived. You then have a fifteen minute duration without charge. The Provider will then slide the bar on the app to indicate the start of the job. If the Provider has to wait more that fifteen minutes, a charge of one dollar per minute will be initiated until the job has started.
For a Provider you have booked before and what to easily book directly again, just go to the menu and select Favourite Provider. Choose from the list of all Providers and tap on the heart over the Provider\'s profile picture to add to your favourite. You can also add the Provider to your favourite at the end of the job after giving your review.
